Ireland's THE CHIEFTAINS Kick Off Winter 2006 Tour in Shreveport/Texas

ANNOUNCING THE CHIEFTAINS MULTI-CITY JANUARY 2006 TEXAS TOUR
Ireland's ambassadors of traditional song, The Chieftains, recently nominated for a 2006 Grammy award, are proud to announce a series of Texas tour dates. Tickets have been put on sale within the past week (very quietly) and active promotion of the shows on radio, print, etc. is about to begin..but...we wanted to let you know about the shows before the majority of the general public.
The 17-member traveling troupe will include special guest performers including the phenomenal step-dancing Pilatzke brothers from Canada as well as guest harpist and pipers....and...very special guests, the young east coast duo The Cottars.
Below is a list of all pertinent ticket information and show locations. We hope you will come enjoy a special evening of music at one of the following locations and please feel free to distribute this info to anyone you feel might be interested in attending or who might help spread the word that THE CHIEFTAINS ARE COMIN'!.
